OWL students annually engage in Fall Fieldwork to explore community impact on the environment. Seventh graders focus on what makes a community thrive or suffer, investigating through art and science. They visit Osprey Wilds and Belwin Conservancy to study ecosystems and create scientific drawings of local species. Researching climate change’s effect on these species, they synthesize their findings into a calendar showcasing their exploration, artistic work, and scientific research. This project, inherited from Megan Hall, highlights their exceptional efforts.
